We process our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. As a rule, personal data is processed only with the user's consent or on a legal basis (Art. 6(1) GDPR), in particular for the performance of a contract (lit. b), on the basis of legitimate interests (lit. f), or to fulfill a legal obligation (lit. c).
3. Hosting via Shopify
This website is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (“Shopify”). When you access the site, Shopify automatically collects technical data (including IP address, browser type, referrer URL, access time) in server log files to ensure the operation, security, and stability of the platform. 5. Contact
If you contact us by email or contact form, we process the data you provide (including name, email address, message content) to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, and at the latest after expiry of the statutory retention periods.
6. Customer Account & Order
To process your order, we collect the data required for contract fulfillment (name, delivery address, billing address, email, payment data). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is passed on to shipping providers and the payment service provider you select, to the extent necessary for delivery or payment processing. Statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law (generally 6–10 years) remain unaffected.
7. Newsletter & Marketing (Klaviyo)
For our newsletter and marketing communications, we use Klaviyo Inc., 225 Franklin St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Sign-up uses a double opt-in process; consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by message to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Participation in giveaways or promotions is not tied to newsletter sign-up. Klaviyo may transfer data to the USA; Klaviyo has committed to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 8. Reviews (Judge.me)
We use Judge.me for product reviews. If you submit a review, your name (or initials) and your review are processed and may be displayed on the product page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR.
9. Web Analytics & Advertising (Google, Meta)
Where activated, we use Google Analytics (GA4) as well as the Google Channel and Meta Channel for reach measurement and ad delivery. These services only set cookies or comparable technologies after your consent via our cookie consent tool (Google Consent Mode v2).
